Air Jordan 11 “Blackout” Sample x $11,000

Being exclusive these days will cost you. Unfortunately with the release of the Concords last year, it seems it may even your LIFE. Jordan Brand were experimenting back in 2010 with maybe dropping a All Black Anniversary line along side the White and Silver Anniversary collections. For unknown reasons the shoes never hit retail, but images of a sample AJ11 did hit the net. If you wear a size 10.5 and have a minimum of $11,000 in you sneaker cash feel free to head over to eBay and place your bet on a pair. More images after the jump.

Meet Kobe Bryant @Foot Locker in NYC Tonight!!!!

If you don’t understand the “Kobe System” maybe you ask him yourself tonight if you’re in the Big Apple. The L.A. Lakers take on Jeremy Lin and the N.Y. Knicks tonight and looks like “The Black Mamba” will be stopping Foot Locker on 34th Street for the release of his “Shark” Kobe VII. If you’re in NYC and just reading this I would advise you to get a head start for the event (like leave right now after you like this post). When you see Kobe make you scream “You wasn’t with me shooting in the gym!!!!!!!”.

Often you’ll find high end designer sneakers to just be some crazy ass concept, borderline ugly with an expensive pricetag. The company has sent out these Air Jordan 2012 Passports as an invitation to exclusive guests to attend the sneaker ceremony. The Passport includes 3-D glasses and a multi-page preview of the shoes. Spike Lee Presents President Obama w/ Jordan Spizike

I recently seen President Obama sing Al Green at Apollo Theatre and thought that this guy really could not get any cooler then this happens. Spike Lee aka Mars Blackmon aka Mookie aka My Morehouse Brother presented the B.O. with a special Presidential packaged “Bordeaux” Jordan Spizike. Spike posted the photo last night via twitter. Jordan 1 x Nike SB Collab in 2012?

The Jordan Brand has remained strong for over two decades. With recent news of people actually dieing over the AJ11 Concords shows that Jordan is still at the forefront of sneaker culture. It has been rumored that Nike SB (Skateboarding) are set to do a collaboration with the Jordan 1. Jordan Fusions, Boots, and casual shoes have not quite met my taste, but this actually sounds like it could be the start of something big. We’re not sure what a basketball shoe has to do with skateboarding, but we just hope the end result equals a dope sneaker.
